How to file a case against company like amazon.com to get the rebate ?
My rebate is not yet paid by amazon.com and they keep telling me to wait.. How do I get the money ? Can I file a case against them and get the money ?
I’ve gotten the best response on so many disputes from credit card issues to cable internet access by eventually going to top management. I usually do a little research on the company, find who & where the CEO is located, get that office address and start the calling. I have been amazed the number of companies who have “assistants” at that level at have the ability & authority to get the ball rolling. ASK these people for help DON’T demand it or start making wild accusations. They usually send out an email to a VP, division manager, ect. asking a few questions.
Be advised, don’t contact that upper level until you have made an honest effort of resolving things because most of the previous communications are documented in a computer.
Finally, get the name and phone # of the person you spoke with
