How do you choose the option to set your own driver in device manager?
somebody wrote “If it fails go to device driver and choose to set your own driver, it will find the usuall drive, driver.
It works everytime.” but I dont know how to choose to set my ownn driver
I assume you know how to get into the device manger.
I assume you know which item you are updating.
just right click the item and click update driver. It well run you through a wizard where either you can pick the driver, or let windows search your computer for a better driver.
