when thay assemble a car how to they test the power by the crank or the wheels??

When a manufacture gives out the HP rating, I’m pretty sure they are measuring it from the crank. This is why HP is usually listed in the Engine part of the specifications.

Car charger?

Where can i get a car charger that one end goes in the cigarette lighter and the other end is just like and outlet that i can plug anything in?!?!? Thanks for the help

It sounds like you want an inverter. It changes the 12 VDC from your car to 120 VAC to power something like a drill or TV or something like that. They’re easy to find. Almost any sporting goods store, auto store, Radio Shack, WalMart, etc, will have them. Just has for an inverter for your car and the clerk should know what you’re talking about.
